IHGグループの日本初ブランド「voco大阪セントラル」にてデジタルマーケティングマネージャー（管理職）を募集します。

主な業務内容

・自社サイトの頻繁な更新と分析 (宿泊サイトサイト、レストランサイト）

・オンライントラベルエージェント（OTA）ホテルサイトの情報更新と分析

・IHGのシステムを活用したデジタル広告配信、分析、報告

・IHG独自のシステムやgoogleアナリティクスを活用した分析

・google マイビジネス、tripavisor等を活用したデジタル施策の実施

・パートナー企業とのオンライン企画の参画

・自社公式SNSの更新やプロモーションの実施

・競合分析、マーケット調査などで、機会や脅威を予測し、効果的に収益目標を達成するための施策を提案・実施

・そのほか、セールス＆マーケティング部門、およびホテル全体のサポート

求める人材　※Applicant must be fluent in Japanese

・マーケティング担当部署での同等の経験と知識

・年齢・学歴・資格不問

・ホテルでの勤務経験あれば尚良し

・接客に必要な英会話力（流暢でなくて構いません）

・物事をポジティブに捉えられる方

・主体性をもって行動できる方

・仕事を選ばずマルチタスクできる方
