Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $19.50 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Industrial Cleaner:
Performs duties involving cleaning and preparing a job site such as: loading, and delivering materials, painting, and using a variety of tools and machines such as forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers.
Daily maintenance inside and outside of the building including: painting, changing lightbulbs, replacing filters on machinery, scaffolding, taking down & setting up racking.
Performs some minor maintenance on machinery which includes taking apart machines and putting them back together.
Successful training and completion of KAPCOs forklifts and overhead cranes program.
Other duties may be assigned.
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (M-Th; 5a-3p; $18hr) & 2nd Shift (M-Th; 3p-1a; $19.50hr)
Job requirements:
Some experience within minor machine maintenance including: changing out oils and coolants, etc.
Must possess some mechanical aptitude to clean machinery.
Physical requirements include the ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach and lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to work on your feet for 10hr shifts and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Proven good attendance.
Cleanliness and neatness of assigned areas, continued improvement in overall performance
Cooperation, responsiveness, dependability and proper attitude in dealing with others.
Conformance to company personnel, safety, quality and housekeeping policies, procedures, practices, and work instructions.
Background check and drug screening required
