JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Admissions Director (Inst) (B) Business Title: Admissions Director Employment Class: Non-Instructional Academic Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: \$85,000 - \$95,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: Limited Appointment Position Summary: The Director of Admissions will lead UWO\'s recruitment and enrollment efforts including but not limited to: recruitment marketing and communications, recruitment operations, application processing, application generation, yield work, campus visits and pre-college outreach to ensure that UWO\'s enrollment thrives into the future. Responsibilities Report directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Marketing and oversee strategic recruitment programs, tactics, and initiatives necessary in achieving the campus\' annual enrollment goals. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for recruitment communications, recruitment efforts, application processing, campus visits, and yield work in creating and implementing a recruitment plan aligned with the University\'s enrollment plan. Communicate goals, progress towards goals, and barriers to performance to the AVCEMM regularly.
