We\'re seeking a dedicated and hardworking Park Maintenance Worker who shares our passion for maintaining the natural beauty of our city\'s parks. Responsibilities include: Grounds Maintenance: Mow, trim, edge, fertilize, and aerate lawns. Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees. Facility Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness and functionality of park facilities including restrooms, shelters, and playgrounds. Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and structures. Safety & Compliance: Regularly inspect parks and facilities for hazards and address issues promptly. Event Support: Assist in the setup and tear-down for community events and activities. Provide excellent customer service and information to park visitors. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field preferred. Skills: Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping techniques, and equipment operation. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
