Description
Robert Half is offering an opportunity to join our team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin as a Part-time Bookkeeper. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a flexible contract employment opportunity where you will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills to ensure the smooth operation of our financial department.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for efficient financial record-keeping
• Process biweekly payroll for employees ensuring precision and timeliness
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
• Monitor cash flow and alert management to any discrepancies or concerns
• Prepare and submit quarterly financial reports
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing social media platforms
• Create brochures and other marketing materials as needed
• Provide general office support as required
• Maintain expert knowledge in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Enterprise
Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
• Proficient in account reconciliation processes and techniques.
• Experience in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations.
• Strong bookkeeping skills are required.
• Capable of performing accurate data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience in handling month-end close activities.
• Knowledge of payroll procedures and systems.
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Enterprise.
