JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr Ethics & Compliance Analyst will support the Ethics & Compliance Manager with monitoring various aspects of the global compliance program. The main objective of this role is to provide best in class compliance support to ensure appropriate review and oversight of third party relationships, gifts, and entertainment; as well as administering the conflict of interest reporting system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead global third-party anti-corruption risk management program to include evaluating third party risk assessments and investigative reports, providing recommendations for follow-up and/or remediation actions, and documenting and communicating due diligence and investigative results.

• Provide training on and guide global business leaders through the third party risk management process.

• Lead the data analysis process to identify relevant compliance data; present monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; and document and track action plans to completion.

• Identify and implement leading edge technology to alert us on potential compliance risks in collaboration with our Digital Technology team.

• Manage the conflicts of interest disclosure program from initial reporting through escalation and resolution of identified conflicts.

• Perform monitoring activities to ensure compliance with anti-corruption policies and procedures and address areas of potential non-compliance.

• Support Ethics & Compliance visits to determine compliance of business units/ locations with ethics and compliance requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or Business Administration with an emphasis in finance, international business, or related field.

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in a professional paralegal or compliance related field, internal audit or equivalent.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).

  • Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices for an effective anti-bribery/anti-corruption compliance program.

  • Proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, highly organized

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate across functions and teams in the organization.

  • Ability to work on confidential matters with independent judgement.
