There is a defined growth path for successful Inside Sales Representatives to be promoted throughout the sales organisation and other similar roles and marketing functions.
In this role as an Inside Sales Rep for Norway , you will showcase the ability to focus on organisational initiatives, challenges, pain points and partner with an ecosystem of System Engineers, Business Development, Channel, Field Marketing and others to orchestrate and lead projects to successful closure. We are open to hire for this position either in Oslo or Stockholm.
You will:
Identify, qualify, progress and close pipeline for your territory by deep diving into the customer pain point and how Splunk can solve for it
Initiate and coordinate sales campaigns and motions that build customer value and enable multi-year, multi-solution transactions
Quickly establish and develop rapport with new clients
Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments and consistently deliver against that forecast
Collaborate with the Partner organisation to drive awareness and engagement in new logo acquisition
Who You Are:

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally for an IT solutions vendor (BI, data analytics, security software, risk management software or similar)
Fluency in Norwegian and English language, both written and spoken
Ability to analyse business data to tell a compelling and actionable story
CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus)
Self-motivation and relentless in pursuit of creating their own success
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Confidence in handling of objections and conflict
A strong executive presence, with polish and dedication to customer outcomes

OTE Range
For sales roles starting salaries are expressed as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base + on-target incentives in the form of sales commission plans).

On Target Earnings: NOK 818,400.00 - 1,227,600.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the On Target Earnings (OTE) range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the OTE will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
