The Talent Advisor role is an essential business role at Randstad Enterprise (Randstad Sourceright). There is an increased client need for Talent Advisors to deliver strategic value across our clients. By bringing data insights and market knowledge we craft futureproof talent strategies. Talent Advisors enable creative solutions, drive innovation and become the strategic partner for our clients in this dynamic talent market. Our Talent Advisors are the future leaders of our talent market so we enable all Talent Advisors to develop, think about their next steps, career path and development goals. Implementation and execution of recruitment and development programs and policies.

You will be aligned to the MSP Client program in Sweden & Norway. You are part of a wider global Talent Advisor community. Together with your Talent Advisor colleagues you build the next level of service for our Clients around the world. It’s a global team, where you can learn from each other and grow professionally as well as personally.

What will you do?

Data/solution analysis

  • Forming a clear picture of where the client’s organization is, what the challenges are and what the future state will look like.

  • Gathering market intelligence from market insights reports, internal and external sources.

  • Building and analyzing market knowledge, tooling and methods.

  • Bringing internal insights and external market insights together. .

  • Navigating through a wide variety of processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible creative answers.

Client/customer management

  • Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders e.g. Hiring Managers, Managers Operations and the HRBP’s.

  • Being a trusted advisor for our clients and building a culture of Talent Advisory within the client organization.

  • Leading conversations with clients, diagnosing problems, giving advice and developing

  • solutions with support of Senior/Principal Talent Advisor colleagues and internal subject matter experts (e.g. operational excellence).

  • Responsible for defining and helping in building desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable business solutions that meet client needs.

  • Connecting client stakeholders with subject matter experts from RSR for complex issues.

  • Supporting in building our global Talent Advisor community (on Connect).

  • Driving the talent strategy for assigned business functions.

  • Partnering with the Sourcing Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Advisors globally to drive an excellent candidate experience.

Administration

  • Creating advanced reports for internal and external needs to craft client’s Talent Advisory strategy.

  • Managing systems under assigned business functions, ensuring compliance with program standards.

  • Navigating a wide variety of Talent Advisor processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and highlighting key findings.

  • Monitoring regular performance scorecards to ensure all SLAs and KPIs.

  • Responsible for screening shortlisted candidates.

You know how to use data and to make decisions based on your insights. Aware of the various ways in which data can be used to solve problems. You analyze data to identify challenges and trends and solve complex problems. Curious and always searching for creative solutions. You know how to improve and optimize processes and quickly deliver solutions.

You communicate openly with your colleagues and clients. Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, which shape the environment for the success of Randstad. You use your comprehensive knowledge and skills to manage client accounts in a way that provides benefits both for the organization and our clients. You are able to present complex information with clarity to the client.

You understand industry trends, our products and services. You are constantly looking for being up to date with the latest market trends. Have the ability to comprehend data and information in order to collect market insights, create new opportunities and potential profitable and efficient changes.

You have the ability to turn a new concept into a success for a client, inventing/proposing new ideas & concepts and creatively turning new ideas into reality.

What will you bring?

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (MSP/ RPO/ Recruitment/Sourcing).

  • Stakeholder management on Operational management level.

  • Consulting and advising clients in MSP solutions or RPO.

  • MSP/ RPO, not required but a benefit

  • Sourcing/recruitment,

  • Talent Advisory trends in the market.

  • Fluency in Norwegian and/ or Swedish, both oral and written, is an explicit requirement.

  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

The position is required onsite min. 2-3 days per week at the client's office in Oslo.

Travelling to other client’s sites in the Nordics could be a part of your role.
