Kuehne+Nagel Operational Key Account Specialist in other, China
You will be part of our International Supply Chain team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management + sea transportation management solutions.
Your Role
Your primary objective is to ensure delivery of operational commitments + development plans for high profile International Supply Chain (ISC) customers across our origins while focusing on the following tasks.
Your Responsibilities
To develop + maintain expert knowledge of customers’ business needs + our solutions offering.
To build strong relationships with our customers + network through daily interaction.
To maintain + improve all documents of allocated accounts such as standard operation procedures (SOP) + working instructions.
To ensure awareness + full understanding of all customer related processes + deliverables by providing regular training to internal stakeholders.
To establish + improve the operational control environment in collaboration with data analysts to ensure near real-time visibility on key performance indicators + leading process measures.
To identify performance gaps + collaborate with origin offices to perform preventative/corrective actions + escalate structural issues + risks related to systems/resources/facilities.
To organize, prepare + conduct regular performance reviews.
To co-create, document + deliver improvement initiatives based on the agreed supply chain value roadmap with customers.
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong project management skills + knowledge of ISC solutions, along with your operational experience + relationships will be the key to your success.
