Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics Process Excellence Manager in other, China
You will be part of our GC Sea Logistics System & Process Team,adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of system& process excellence.
Your Role
Your primary objective is to manage the regional process excellence function + collaborate with corporate or regional teams on strategic projects to improve our financial performance by streamlining operational processes in the organization.
Your Responsibilities
To provide leadership + directions to the process excellence organization.
To identify strategic projects with management to drive operational excellence.
To oversee learning + development programs for national process + systems teams for process excellence topics
To co-operate with internal support team ensuring update and correct responses to all requests.
To drive process improvement, process re-engineering + support the implementation of changed processes.
To apply project management to ensure controlled + structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning + execution of project tasks.
To strive for automation + optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality + customer satisfaction in alignment with corporate strategy.
To support the implementation of best practices + methodologies to the major organization stakeholders.
To define Greater China specific workflow and aligned process flows for all operations tasks
To utilize up-to-date Automation tools and methodologies to improve and enhance operation productivity and efficiency
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong leadership skills + knowledge of Seafreight Operation process, along with your stakeholder management skills will be the key to your success.
