World Wide Technology Resident L3 Engineer in Other, United States
Qualifications
15+ years of IT experience, with extensive experience in storage, data protection, and object storage solutions.
In-depth knowledge of hyper-converged infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and storage protocols.
Strong troubleshooting skills, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant industry certifications.
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to improving operations and technology adoption.
Terms
- Coverage- 8x5 during the workweek with 24x7 on-call support for severity-1 incidents (Level 3 support)
Additional Information:
The engineer will be managed directly by the client and is expected to integrate seamlessly into the client’s environment.
Regular training and upskilling opportunities will be provided to ensure the engineer remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
Quarterly reviews will be conducted to ensure the residency services deliver the expected business value.
