Job Description
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager and Maintenance Supervisor (and Project Manager) at the Coca-Cola Juice Manufacturing Moriyama Plant, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties Leads assigned maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance activities.
Perform engineering and maintenance work on plant equipment.
Collaborate with related departments (manufacturing, quality, safety, environment, planning and logistics, etc.) to execute capital project projects.
Support the optimization of factory operations from a facility management perspective by implementing effective improvements and facility maintenance.
Provide leadership and problem-solving initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager and Maintenance Supervisor (and Project Manager), the incumbent will

Perform effective maintenance (effective daily troubleshooting, review and implementation of preventive measures) to support high manufacturing efficiency.
Communicate and execute preventive and scheduled maintenance to ensure it is performed as scheduled.

Ensure that assigned capital projects are executed according to plan, with appropriate control of specifications, costs, and schedules (or lead the Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, and team (or lead project managers, engineering managers and maintenance supervisors, and team members in project execution).
Execute other major projects and capital improvement projects based on cost effectiveness and business criticality. (or lead project managers and team members in project execution).

The Engineering Department will ensure proper operation of the systems in accordance with Coca-Cola and legal requirements.
Understand and lead the company's rules and regulations.
Communicate with subcontractors to ensure their own safe work while performing construction.
Skills
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in maintenance of manufacturing or other equipment is preferred.
Electrical maintenance, electrical systems, fabrication, forklift license, hand tools, HVAC systems, hydraulics, installation, lubrication systems, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, power tools, preventive maintenance, programmable logic controllers (PLC), reading and understanding of various mechanical drawings, reading electrical schematics, welding skills. Other certifications as needed.
