Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Ottawa Hills, Ohio

Description We are on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the non-profit industry, located in Ottawa Hills, Ohio. This role will involve a variety of tasks such as answering inbound calls, providing customer service, data entry, and email correspondence. This is a contract position that offers an opportunity to utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a detail oriented and efficient manner

• Provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Input data accurately into the relevant systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date

• Manage email correspondence, responding in a timely manner to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, serving as a point of contact for the organization

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis tasks

• Manage schedules and appointments using Microsoft Outlook

• Create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint

• Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word

• Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient time management within the team. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed

• Skilled in managing email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a non-profit environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• High level of integrity and professionalism

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
