Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Web Architect / Software Engineer to enhance and develop SkySpec, our in-house compliance application. As a member of our team, you’ll take part in a dynamic environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to accelerate the future of the wireless industry by implementing leading-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities and Experience:

• Design and implement new features for the SkySpec application

• Assess existing code and determine an upgrade strategy to meet system performance goals

• Work with the IT team to ensure all new code conforms to Skyworks standard guidelines

• Learn the business needs and priorities of SkySpec users

• React quickly to real-time bug reports and feature requests

• Create automated data reports for marketing and engineering purposes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering with at least 12 years experience, or equivalent

• Skilled in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, Microsoft SQL

• Highly organized and motivated self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to working as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Curious, creative and a collaborative problem solver

• Team Player with a focus on the goals and outcomes of the business unit in a fast-paced priority-driven environment

• Familiarity with statistical concepts is an asset

The typical base pay range for this role is currently CAD $113,300 - $193,000 per year . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, and the ultimate job duties and requirements. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock. These incentives and awards are based on individual and/or company performance.
