Water Mitigation Technician - LEAD
Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Lead Water Mitigation Technicians for commercial projects in the Kansas City area. The pay range is $25-30 per hour based on experience. All technicians are scheduled for 40+ hours a week. We are looking for experienced leaders to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week-in-the-hole and optional direct deposit.
Ultimate Job Duties
Lead day-to-day operations on water mitigation and mold remediation projects.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures across all job sites.
Oversee a team of technicians and laborers, managing manpower and job progress.
Provide daily updates and communication to the Mitigation Manager regarding job statuses.
Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Maintain job logs, including MICA/CAT books, and use Company Cam to take daily project photos.
Handle the organization and inventory of equipment in the warehouse.
Ensure all company vehicles are inspected, maintained, and ready for daily operations.
Code payroll app daily to ensure accurate tracking of hours worked.
Ultimate Lead Water Mitigation Technician Requirements
2+ years of experience in water mitigation and mold remediation.
Familiarity with IICRC S-500 standards for mitigation services.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and oversee multiple projects.
Proficiency in daily job documentation and communication tools (MICA, Company Cam).
Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots).
Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
