Job Title: Sr Staff Accountant
Location: Oxnard, CA 93030 (Onsite)
Pay Rate : $100-110k annual compensation
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of accounting experience, preferably from a similar size or larger company. This individual will be responsible for general accounting tasks including month-end close, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and more. SAP knowledge is preferred but not required. The candidate should be a "plug and play" professional, ready to hit the ground running with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform month-end close activities
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed
Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3-7 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with SAP software is a plus
