Use batching card to stage the product to be blended
2.
Operate blenders, screw augers, hammermills and elevators to start chelation process
3.
Label bags according to batching number, weight, product specifications and customer
4.
Fill bags using an assortment of bagging systems to a specific weight ranging from 2.2046 pounds to 2204.6 pound super sack
5.
Check the weight of each bag to ensure proper weights; SDS, GHS and Hazzard labels are affixed in accordance with Pro-Sol, OSHA and DOT guidelines and regulations
6.
Seal each bag using MAC T100 Double Seal, Doboy and Fischbein sealers
7.
Stack bags on pallets using a variety of stacking and packing methods that include, but not limited to 5 or 7 per layer on either export or domestic pallets depending on the shipping destination
8.
Wrap pallets using a handheld wrap machine, for transport to yellow jacket wrap machine for final pallet seal
