About the role:

This is a Commercial Excellence Business Partner role within the UKI region, presenting an exciting opportunity to make your mark as a strong Commercial Business Partner with focus on All Business units. You will have autonomy to shape best practice by reviewing current processes and introduce efficiencies which will feed into the Global SFE model in line with a strong team’s culture. You will support the other Business Partners in the UKI team.

Your duties and responsibilities:

Sales Reporting

  • Interpreting multiple data sources to provide metrics on sales productivity and market share through PBI Reporting.

  • Collating data from heterogeneous sources and agregrating (ETL) processes.

  • Working closely with Global Business Services to ensure the processing of data on a timely basis ensuring high quality and accuracy reflected into Power BI Reporting dashboards.

  • Work with Insights team, Business Partners and SFE Director to support changes to reporting, including development of dashboards.

  • Enable business ownership and self-service of reporting once dashboards are delivered through training.

Sales Incentive Plans:

  • Support the process of producing sales data for the incentive plans.

  • Setting and sense-checking sales force targets

  • Measuring and tracking sales force performance in sales and activity

  • Produce the performance vs target reports for Finance to complete payment.

  • Support with the reporting and Insights into Global

Insights supporting Informed Decision Marking:

  • Support production of analysis of our customer trends, CRM system outputs, sharing Insights and recommendations to the Commercial Business Partners

  • Supporting new product launches

  • Identifying and investigating discrepancies

  • Supporting Market insight – competitor analysis

CRM:

  • Understand and support the loading of Segmentation.

  • Validate any new SFE CRM users as part of the onboarding process.

  • Monitoring and managing data quality to ensure that customer data (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Relationships, Addresses are free from duplication

  • Quality checking of all new Accounts and Contacts created within a week.

  • Ad hoc support as required.

Training new starters:

  • Power BI and CRM system outputs

About You:

  • Team player that collaborates and encourages others towards shared goals.

  • Great communicator, this role will require communicating with technical and non-technical groups verbally and in writing.

  • Being Analytical, always remember the outcome of reporting and what the business is trying to achieve.

  • Eye for accuracy and detail with a proven ability to identify the source of an issue or an Insight that provides information for decision making

  • Bias for action and problem solving.

  • Strong desire to build on Commercial Acumen to support the business.

  • Part Qualified Finance Professional

  • High proficiency and experience with Analytics, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI PL300 certification, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Experience in Power Platforms

  • Experience with MS Dynamics or other CRM platforms advantageous

  • Awareness of common data quality issues and ways to resolve them.

  • Data Automation

  • Experience in Med Tech or Pharma desirable

Working conditions

Hybrid working, although this is an office-based role, no expectation to be in the office a set number of days per week/month, only when F2F meeting required for business need.
