Description:Position Description:• On-Demand digitalization of data (drawing, engineering data, unit file)o Average of 2 requests per dayo Drawing and engineering data located in factory that is a 5-minute one way walk away from office (10-minute walk total)o Unit file data located in close proximity in officeo Ability to interpret index and map of data to be able to locate ito Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteo Good proficiency in scanning equipmento Good proficiency in pdf editoro Track and catalog on demand requestso Communicate verbally and in writing to the requestorso Rudimentary drawing and data interpretation skillo Ability to search and view drawing in drawing system (TeamCenter GloBus)o Organization skills and detail orientation required• Strategic mass digitization of data (same data as above)o Skills same as aboveo Constant and continual scanning of data when not servicing on-demand requestso Track and catalog progresso Estimate schedule and report progress of mass effortExperience: 2-year vocational training + up to 1 year experience needed.
