Four years experience as Service Advisor in the automotive industry
High school diploma or equivalent
Maintain a valid state drivers license
Specific Responsibilities
Maintain a constant focus on exceeding customer expectations
Provide a caring family type atmosphere while using compassion and empathy with our customers
To meet or exceed established goals for this position
Goals: $8000/day in closed sales
30hrs/ day billed hours
Gross Profit: 60-65% monitored on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintain a low rate of customer complaints
Maintain Lexs Automotive business hours for service desk 7:30am-4:30pm
Provide all customers with a complete, credible, and detailed explanation of all problems, work completed, work recommended, and costs anticipated. Written consequences of repairs not performed that were declined
Manage every customers visit, sale, and repair from start to finish, to include all customer interface, information management, data input, policies and procedures, and technician assignments
Maintain a professional, clean and tidy front desk and reception area
Team work: maintain positive attitude, treat each team member with respect, assist technicians to obtain set goals for the company
Agree to continued training in Service Advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
Maintain a good working relationship with all other Lexs Automotives personnel
Encourage and maintain positive shop and office morale
Adhere to Lexs Automotives dress code
Report problem areas to management
This employee will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
