Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and assist in preparing accurate and competitive product quotes.
Utilize the company's quoting software and tools to generate quotes based on customer specifications and product pricing guidelines.
Review and validate the accuracy of data entered into the quoting system, ensuring that all relevant details are included and calculations are correct.
Research and retrieve up-to-date product information, pricing, and availability from internal systems and databases.
Maintain a clear and organized record of all quotes, communications, and relevant documentation related to each quoting process.
Liaise with various departments, including sales, marketing, and production, to gather necessary information for creating comprehensive and accurate quotes.
Monitor and manage quote request queues, ensuring that quotes are prioritized appropriately and deadlines are met.
Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized templates for quotes, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all communications.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries related to quotes, product information, and pricing.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and terms provided in quotes.
Skills
Sales Support (2 years of experience is required)
MS Office (5 years of experience is required)
