Applied Research Associates, Inc. Administrative Intern 1 in Panama City, Florida

Description

Are you a student seeking rewarding, practical administrative support experience with a world class science and education firm? The ARA office in Panama City, Fl is seeking an administrative intern to work 4-6 weeks this summer. The intern will be supporting the Strategic Communication, Marketing, and Training Solution Group converting online course material to a study guide document.

Duties include:

  • Using Microsoft Office software

  • Using internal course review software

  • Transcribing or copying course content into study guide format

  • Preparing, formatting, and saving created documents

  • Conferring with Instructional System Designers, creative media and IT personnel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite experience

  • Must be proficient in MS Word, and snip & sketch

  • Must have demonstrated scholastic excellence.
