The Avanade X Regional Business Group Lead for the Gallia Region (France, Netherlands & Belgium) is a pivotal role that blends market, sales and solutioning, people, and delivery excellence. This role owns the strategy that ensures the region Practice has the right capabilities to seize market advantage and is responsible for driving business growth, supporting sales development and conversion, solutioning and delivery, and practice strategy, in addition to people, capability, and community development.
This role is accountable for ensuring the practice provides sales, solutioning, and delivery support to client accounts and Integrated Go-to-Market, Lines of Business, and Plays.
This role is accountable for ensuring the regional practice has the right capabilities, skillsets, and certifications required to deliver client work both today and tomorrow. It is accountable to create a community with common objectives, build culture, and ensures the employee value proposition is brought to life regionally.
What you’ll do:
Define, align with Global and Europe & Middle East Area Avanade X Business Group, other region Business Groups, and Integrated Go-To-Market Group, and drive implementation of region Avanade X strategy and growth plan.
Set and achieve region Avanade X KPIs and relevant company scorecard metrics; conduct regular plan reviews with regional and area leaders and address gaps.
Establish and sustain strategic relationships with regional Accenture Song, Microsoft, and alliance partners (including Sitecore and Adobe) to drive growth.
Align regional strategies and priorities including joint pursuits and drive achievement of shared objectives and goals.
Provide leadership, support, and/or guidance on pursuits and/or must-win deals in the region and provide solution review and approvals for Avanade Experience Business Group deals.
Represent and promote Avanade in the region and externally to establish Avanade as a trusted advisor and great place to work.

Market utilization and chargeability, including personal Market Utilization and Chargeability
Sales and revenue targets
Headcount Management per agreed plan
Assets and solutions, where applicable

Skills and experiences:
Strong leadership, communication skills, client presence and focus, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and clients as well as regional teams
Ability to build organizational culture, drive employee engagement, strengthen inclusion and diversity, reduce attrition, and attract top talent
Experience translating enterprise strategy into business strategy and delivering objectives for a significant area of a company
Experience creating compelling, innovative, scalable, sell-able solutions
Market-focused thought leader and brand builder with a growth mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed organization to deliver results within a region
About you:
Deep human-centered design and digital transformation expertise
Experience growing and leading a profitable technology consulting practice in a region including P&L responsibility
Deep experience in understanding client needs and selling and delivering assets and solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem proving business value
Experience effectively shaping and developing people skills/capabilities of a large team regional team
Ability to influence and create strong relationships at all levels of an organization
Ability to operate in a large complex matrixed organization and think beyond siloes
