Le département RH développe et exécute la stratégie RH pour les succursales de Paris de MUFG Bank et Securities Europe N.V. L’équipe est constituée de 2 Responsables RH, 1 Responsable Paie, et 1 DRH. L’environnement de MUFG à Paris est un environnement très international et multiculturel, comptant environ 140 salariés, et basé à Paris centre.

Paris HR department develops and executes the HR strategy for MUFG Bank, Paris branch and MUFG Securities Europe N.V., Paris branch, as well as providing a fully integrated, comprehensive HR service. The department comprises 2 HRBPs, 1 Payroll Manager and 1 HR Generalist, and is led by Paris Head of HR. MUFG environment in Paris is a very international and multicultural environment, with appr. 140 employees, based in the heart of Paris.

Main Purpose of the Role

En tant que membre du département RH, le Chargé des Opérations RH travaillera en partenariat avec les Responsables RH et la Responsable Paie afin d’assurer la bonne gestion administrative RH du département, tout en assurant un support aux activités de paie.

As a member of the HR Department, the HR Operations Specialist will partner with HRBPs and the payroll manager in order to manage the administrative activities of the department and support the payroll related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • En partenariat avec les Responsables RH et les managers : coordonner les activités de recrutement telles que la publication des postes dans Workday (qui est interfacé avec LinkedIn), le sourcing des offres et assurer la bonne gestion administrative du process de recrutement dans notre outil Workday.

  • Assurer le suivi des recrutements, organiser les entretiens et le suivi des compte-rendu d’entretiens, ainsi que le suivi des réponses aux questionnaires de Conformité dans le cadre de nos process de recrutement, avec le souci de garantir une excellente expérience candidat.

  • En bonne collaboration avec les Responsables RH, les managers et la Responsable Paie, ainsi que nos collègues General Affairs et IT, assurer l’onboarding des candidats recrutés, en créant les profils employés dans nos systèmes Workday et Jump.

  • Réaliser toutes les étapes de l’embauche administrative : édition des contrats, envoi des liasses administratives, suivi des signatures électroniques, réception des documents, ainsi que l’envoi des DPAE, inscription à la visite médicale, envoi des documents complétés auprès des organismes de mutuelle et prévoyance.

  • Mettre à jour les profils salariés dans Workday afin d’assurer la bonne tenue du registre du personnel.

  • Sous la supervision du Responsable Paie, participer aux opérations de paie : récolte et enregistrement des éléments variables, suivi des absences sur nos outils de gestion des temps, etc.

  • Etre le point de contact de nos salariés sur toutes les questions administratives RH (édition d’attestations employeur, questions sur les congés/RTT, etc.)

  • Assurer le suivi du déroulement du plan de formation (point de contact des organismes de formation, inscription des salariés, réception et vérification des devis, mise en paiement des factures, etc.)

  • Contribuer à tous types de projets RH liés à l’administration RH tels que l’écriture des process paie, l’amélioration des process d’onboarding/offboarding, l’établissement de reporting RH, etc.

  • Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities: open roles in Workday Recruit, post offers, manage the sourcing of candidates, schedule interviews and ensure the administration of the whole recruitment process.

  • Ensure the monitoring of applications, arrange interviews and monitor the delivery of feedback and completion of ABC mandatory questionnaires, while ensuring the best candidate experience.

  • Ensure an efficient onboarding of selected candidates in strong partnership with HRBPs, the Payroll Manager, the hiring manager, General Affairs and IT teams, managing the creation of profiles within our systems Workday and Jump.

  • Manage the administrative onboarding (edit employment contracts, share onboarding documents, track completion of electronic signature by all parties, follow on reception of candidates’ documents) and ensure all other onboarding tasks (recording with health and critical illness providers, DPAE, register to labour doctor visit, etc.)

  • Ensure all data are recorded into Workday employees’ profiles

  • Support the payroll manager in gathering monthly payroll variables and any other task related to payroll such as some accounting records

  • Act as a point of contact for employees concerning HR administrative questions and deliver HR documents (employer attestations, etc.)

  • Manage changes of data within employees’ profiles in Workday

  • Follow-up of the training and development plan implementation, organization of training sessions with internal/external providers, follow-up of employees’ registration, budget, contracts and invoices.

  • Contribute to projects such as the design of HR administration and payroll processes, the improvement of existing processes, delivery of HR reports, etc.

Work Experience

  • 2-3 ans d’expérience en administration du personnel et/ou gestion de la paie, au sein d’une entreprise internationale

  • Une expérience au sein d’une entreprise internationale, dans le secteur financier est un plus.


  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and/or payroll management in an international company

  • Experience in a global/international financial services organization is a plus.

Skills and Experience

Compétences Fonctionnelles et Techniques :

  • Grandes capacités d’organisation et de rigueur

  • Bon niveau Excel

  • La connaissance de Workday HRIS et les systèmes de paie et gestion des temps de ADP payroll est un plus

  • Bonnes connaissances en termes de droit du travail et notions de paie

  • Expérience au sein d’un environnement multiculturel

  • Bon niveau d’anglais, français courant.

Formation / Qualifications :

  • Formation RH, administration du personnel, paie, etc.

Functional / Technical Competencies:

  • Great competencies in terms of personal organization and rigour

  • Good Excel skills

  • Knowledge of Workday HRIS and ADP payroll and absence modules is a plus

  • Good knowledge of employment law and payroll management

  • Cultural awareness / Intercultural competencies.

  • Good level of English, fluent in French.

Education / Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR or administration or payroll management
