Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as supervisor for our specialty clinics in Park Rapids, Minnesota. This RN will support OB/GYN, General Surgery, Dermatology, Podiatry, Walk-in-Clinic, and in-reach Specialty Providers. This is a salaried employee who works 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. You will not generally work on holidays or weekends but will need to be available to support walk-in staff as needed.Provides oversight of the daily operations of multiple assigned departments and sites, including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may intermittently perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient’s health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family’s self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service.

Education Qualifications:

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Current RN license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.

• 2 year’s nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.

Job Location: Park Rapids Clinic

Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: 8 am/5 pm

Hours Per Pay Period: 80

Compensation Range: $77771 - $116667 / year

Union:

FTE: 1

Weekends: Occasional
