Seasonal alfalfa farm needs workers for harvesting, cutting, raking, baling, and hauling alfalfa bales. Workers will also repair equipment, clean and repair ditches, maintain/service an clean equipment, grease bearings, air blowing dust from equipment and buildings. During peak harvest, hours may increase to 70 hours per week. Applicants should have 3 months of verifiable experience in hay farming.
These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.
