Where the chemistry happens…

As a Regional Supply Planner you'll be responsible for initiating and following up on all production/processing activities to meet the regional availability.

In addition, you will follow the S&OP monthly cycle to ensure sales coverage for the 0-12 months.

As a Regional Supply Planner, You Create Chemistry By...

  • Driving availability to ensure sufficient coverage in the Region.

  • Assuring timely information & communication towards key stakeholders.

  • Running regular reports, ensuring proper documentation, reviewing seed returns, executing inventory corrections.

  • Preparing and executing replenishment activities with Replenishment Order Administrator.

  • Preparing and leading all discussions related to trialing.

  • Preparing all inventory discussions related to trialing.

If you have...

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Agronomy or related field.

  • One to three years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.

  • Experience in ERP systems

  • Knowledge of financial aspects and inventory management.

  • Previous experience leading a team, project, or initiative, preferred.

  • Understanding of local, regional & global export regulations for seed movement, preferred

  • Vegetable seeds knowledge, preferred

  • Effective communication skills to communicate with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to travel up to 5% - domestic and international
