Job Title: Document Control Specialist
Job Description
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately and in a timely manner. The candidate must be able to meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and error-free work. Achieving Time Productive statistics by meeting the standards established by the facility is essential.
Responsibilities
Prepare stacks of documents by removing obstructions like paper clips and staples.
Keep document stacks neat and organized.
Return prepared documents to totes for scanning to digital format.
Work quickly and accurately at a designated table.
Follow instructions carefully.

Prior printing and scanning experience
Entry-level position requiring minimal experience
Work Environment
The work is conducted in a large facility similar to a warehouse. The current available shift is the first shift (Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm EST).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.97
