Team Overview

As part of the Residential Customer Success team, this position will achieve and exceed sales goals as assigned. This inside sales position is based in our corporate office in Parsippany, NJ on a hybrid 3:2 in office schedule.

Summary

GAF is seeking a high energy sales professional with a track record of building successful relationships and closing new business. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals which result from inbound lead generation and an existing customer database. You will act as a liaison between GAF and our clients, educating and skillfully guiding Residential customers through the buying experience while ensuring the highest level of quality, customer care, and integrity. Essential Duties

  • Achievemonthly,quarterlyandannualretentionandnewbusinessdevelopmentsalesgoals.

  • Dailyplanningtomaximizesalesactivitiesincludingphone,email,andsocialmedia.

  • Providetimelyandaccurateresponseandfollow-upwithallcustomerinquiries.

  • Develop and execute account plans - regularly review progress towards goals with customers.

  • Collaborate on lead generation and sales with Sales and Marketing, as needed.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations as appropriate.

  • EffectivelyutilizeaCRMsystem(Salesforce)totrackandcustomerrelatedactivity,lead dashboards and reports, call lists and more.

  • Serve asaproductexpertbyprovidingup-to-dateproduct information.

  • Travelasneeded5-10%.

Under This Roof, We Require

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience (Sales experience in the building material industry is preferred).

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience is preferred.

  • Strong computer skills including Google Business Suite, SalesForce and applicable business systems.

  • Bilingual: Spanish speaking, preferred

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.

  • Teamplayer,withadesiretoworkinacompetitivebutnurturingenvironment.

  • Self-motivatedanddrivenindividual-notsatisfiedwiththestatusquo.
