TEKsystems Loan Service Specialist in Pasadena, California

Description:

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle high-volume emails, inbound calls, or texts from current customers, managing an average of 60 to 65 emails a day.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service for mortgage loan inquiries and requests.

  • Task Management: Manage tasks and responses within a 2-hour SLA.

  • Communication: Handle routine communications with Pennymac employees, consumers, and authorized third parties.

  • Interdepartmental Interaction: Work with multiple departments to expedite loan processing and resolve issues.

  • Escalation: Escalate complex issues to associates or supervisors.

  • Document Management: Upload documents to Encompass.

  • Status Updates: Provide status updates on conditions, loan status, and appraisals.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as required.

  • Cultural Alignment: Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values.

    Qualifications:

  • Experience: One year of loan process experience is required. Mortgage and/or financial services experience is a plus.

  • Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with computers and mainstream applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.).
