IQVIA 3155 - Sr Reference File Maintainer Assoc in Pasig City, Philippines
Role Purpose:
Under direct supervision, conduct research on US managed care industry particularly with health insurance plans and maintain IQVIA Database.
Principal Accountabilities:
Research and create documentation on the profiled data regarding US Managed Care industry.
Bridge Medical Claims with IQVIA Payer universe.
Perform tasks on a daily basis to satisfy defined production target.
Follow quality processes thoroughly on the given standard.
Ensure requirements from LO counterparts are being met.
Respond to client queries on a timely manner.
Perform adhoc data analysis and process documentation.
Minimum Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in any Medical Allied Courses, Business Administration, Information Technology related courses.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in health insurance is an advantage.
• Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management account is an advantage.
• Preferably with call center experience.
• Willing to work in the night shift/Ortigas area.
