Grundfos IT Operator in Pasig City, Philippines

Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig

What is the Job all about?

This position is part of the IT Operations team of a global IS Infrastructure Operations division serving all Grundfos companies on a 24-by-5 schedule for now.

This role will be directly reporting to the IT Manager and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents/critical incidents

  • Conduct Basic and advance Operations of the IS infrastructure for network and server

  • Perform technical monitoring / Event management

  • Contribute to service delivery monitoring strategy/design by sharing knowledge and suggest improvements

  • Excellent corporation with colleagues with IS and external partners

Your background:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar position in IS Infrastructure. IT/IS degree or equivalent work experience. IT certification, e.g. MSCE/MCITP/CCNA and experience from working within an international environment is a plus.

  • International experience from either previous jobs in Global oriented Companies or from similar experience through consultancy assignments are mandatory

  • Good knowledge working on network and server monitoring tools

  • Able to communicate effectively (listen and speak up) with all levels of the organization internally and with external partners

  • Ability to work in a systematic and organized manner

  • Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision

  • Well organized and structured

  • Willing to work within a given frame and follow processes and procedures

  • Able to work effectively in a global team environment – with colleagues across time zones and cultures
