Full Potential Solutions is looking for Research Analyst for our client's Customer Data Management group. This individual contributor will be part of the Data and Analytics organization and will be involved in customer data enrichment using various platforms as a source.
Plays an important role in helping maintain the company’s customer master database, which is the source of truth for many customer reporting and data analytics.
Responsible for the enrichment of company level attributes which includes collecting contacts information, identifying parent-child company roll-up, segmenting by approved industry classifications, collecting key IDs and foot-print mapping.
Ensures that the customer data is up-to- date, clean and accurate.
Demonstrates deep understanding and mastery of contacts and firmographic data gathering, including industry classifications, definitions, and segmentation guiding principles for accurate customer data enrichment.
Cleanses and verifies accuracy of the customer master database against Equinix data sources so that all Contact and Account level information are correct.
Acquaints with the latest press releases and business developments in the six (6) top industry segments
Reports to a team leader and keeps the master dataset up-to-date in the various IT systems throughout the organization.
Engages in brainstorming and problem-solving with other members of the team to resolve operational issues
A bachelor’s degree holder in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Management, or other quantitative fields
Has a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Data/Research Analyst.
Well-skilled in using Research Tools (such as FactSet and/or Dun & Bradstreet). Preferred but not required.
Knowledgeable with Firmographics, Industry Classifications, Footprint mapping, Contacts Data Research and Data Validation
Must be analytical and possess trouble shooting skills
Intermediate to advance working knowledge of using MS Excel Application.
Working knowledge with SQL and/or Salesforce is a plus.
Has excellent communication skills
Can work flexible hours
