Job Summary

As part of our team, you will design and develop the web components of an application aimed at facilitating the design of switching power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web components of a software product used to design switching power supplies.

• Provide support for existing code, including bug fixing, refactoring, and writing unit tests.

• Collaborate with customer representatives and QA department to clarify requirements for program functionality.

• Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scalability.

• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to apply them to ongoing projects.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or relevant course

• 2+ years of commercial development experience in JavaScript

• Solid knowledge of web technologies, protocols and general design principles

• Proficient in Vue.js

• Knowledge of PHP

• Strong knowledge of OOP

• Experience with SQL

• Strong team collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Creative problem solving skills and ability to generate and express innovative ideas

Significant advantages

• Knowledge of electrical engineering

• Experience with Yii PHP framework and knowledge of TypeScript

• Familiarity with cloud technologies

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development process

• Familiarity with C++, MATLAB

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and project management tools such as Jira
