Located in Kuala Lumpur, the Shared Services Center provides functional services in the areas of finance, controlling, information services, human resources, environment, health & safety, procurement and import-export order management to BASF Group companies in 19 markets across Asia Pacific. BASF Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, established in 1997, provides infrastructure and utilities support services to BASF sites in Malaysia. BASF holds 60% of its joint venture BASF PETRONAS Chemicals Sdn Bhd, which operates a state-of-the-art Verbund production site in the Gebeng Industrial Zone, Pahang, and 50% of Toray BASF PBT Resin Sdn Bhd. Main Tasks
To support day to day activity (documentation and on-site) for Production department Polymer Dispersion Plant, the task will be focused on Engineering, Production, Polymers, Safety and Quality point of view. Candidate will be put under Assistant Manager, Production supervision
Revising/Reviewing Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment for Polyline 1 and 2
Revising Operating procedure & Work Instructions as per current routine task for Polyline 1 and 2.
Reviewing Work Specific Procedures for Polyline 1 and 2.
Identify and execute for completion of Line labels/Equipment tagging labels.
Review and Revise forms related to Work Instructions or Operating Procedures.
To check and create attachments/ documents as per Management of Change (MOC) requirement.
To help with P&ID review for Polyline 1 and 2 and help to coordinate the changes with drafter.
To help with 5S initiatives for plant.
Requirements
Degree in Chemical / Manufacturing Engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.
Willing to work at Pasir Gudang.
Able to work independently
