Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Door and Window Production Specialist to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process of doors and windows, ensuring both efficiency and quality in our production line.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of small and large machines used in the production of doors and windows.
Work efficiently on door and window assembly lines to meet production goals.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective production processes.
Inspect all products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Consistently lift and handle materials weighing 25+ lbs as part of your duties.
Perform machining tasks required for hardware installation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to operate and maintain production machinery.
strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Capability to lift and handle materials of 25+ lbs.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Responsibilities
You will be doing any of the following duties:
• Operate small and large machines in the production of doors & windows
• Work on door & window assembly lines
• Work as a team to achieve production goals
• Inspect all product for quality
• Consistently lift 25+ lbs
• Machining products for hardware installation
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
