Schlatters Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Dispatcher in Paulding, Ohio
We are a growing company looking for a positive attitude with high attention to detail in this position. Position includes answering phones, scheduling, receiving shipments, receiving customers, and inputting customer data. Must have great communication skills. Must have extensive knowledge of computer operations. This position interacts with customers on a regular basis and must be able to keep a positive attitude. Possesses proficient computer skills with experience in all Microsoft program.
Maintain outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Comfortably handle inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and transfers calls and inquiries to the appropriate coworker or department
Accurately conveys information about our services and products
Secures accurate information about customer demographics and needs
Enter all information into ServiceTitan accurately and completely.
Schedule and dispatch service technicians through ServiceTitan.
Is proactive in all interactions with service technicians and updating customers on scheduled times and or rescheduling.
Responds to emails utilizing Microsoft Outlook.
Works well in a high stress environment.
Maintains composure and responds in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.
A team player with a positive attitude and encourages fellow team members.
Willingness to learn about the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) industry.
Easily learns new software designed for the HVAC industry
Willingness to do whatever management deems necessary for the success of the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43 per week
