Cornfield Cafe Lead cook / Kitchen manager in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota
Thank you for your interest in joining our team. 40 year cook retiring has created an opportunity at our cafe. We are seeking an individual who loves spending time in the kitchen. The candidate will help oversee the preparation and production of our comfort food favorites and make make sure daily service runs smoothly. Position expectations include but not limited to: Arriving early to warm up the cook line Creating daily soups and specials Creating prep lists Delegating tasks to maximize everyone's time Leading the cook line during service Quality assurance of all plates being served Inventory of prep items Inventory of raw groceries Cleaning Compensation is hourly and based on experience and performance. Monthly bonuses as well as yearly profit sharing bonus.
