Job Description:
What You'll be Doing
Directs all aspects of the engineering function within an organization.
Provides technical guidance and ensures sound engineering procedures and effective use of facilities.
Ensures that products and processes are introduced, designed, and re-designed in order to meet the organization's objectives.
Ensures all engineering activities are in accordance with organizational standards.
Approves costs for engineering department.
Responsible for managing the sales efforts of their team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision.
Direct/Execute strategy that motivates sales teams to reach sales goals and deliver results. Maintain senior level relationships at customers, suppliers, and Arrow corporate.
Lead value added sales opportunities by implementing engineering strategies.

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
What We Are Looking For
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
