Adecco’s client is seeking a Banking Operations Specialist to join their team in Pennington, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

· Trade Corrections & Inquiry Resolution: Accurately process trade corrections and resolve inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring efficiency and precision.

· Relationship Building: Foster strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate seamless financial operations.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to achieve objectives and communicate effectively to resolve inquiries.

· Account Reconciliation: Manage and resolve open items in error accounts promptly, ensuring issues are identified and corrected.

· Personalized Service: Provide outstanding, personalized service to both internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

  • Time Management: Ability to thrive in a multi-faceted environment while meeting strict deadlines, particularly during New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) hours.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to perform essential tasks.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work an 8-hour shift that aligns with NYSE hours.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to resolving issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively.

Note:

This role is On-site; thus, open to candidates in/around/near Pennington, NJ.

Pay Details: $23.44 per hour
