BAYADA Home Health Care Client Services Manager in Pennsauken, New Jersey
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Pennsauken Center for ABA Services .

The Client Services Manager will:
Provide superior customer service to the families we serve and stakeholders
Support and guide our families on their journey to obtain services for their loved one
Focus on coordination of client services and manage emergent scheduling issues when they arise
Assist the team in growing our business, enabling more children in our community to receive quality services
Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
Effectively and positively communicate about and represent our company and services
Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics
Partner with the center's clinical leader to provide supervision and support to field employees
Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:
Bachelor degree is required
Prior healthcare or relevant experience preferred
Prior supervisory experience a plus
Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
Strong computer skills required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
