POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support / Desktop Deployment Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Computer Science or Information Systems, with 2-5 years of relevant work experience. This role requires proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Intune, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365. The candidate must have hands-on experience with imaging Windows desktops and laptops using Autopilot, WDS/MDT, and/or SCCM. Help Desk experience and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Team Dynamix, Fresh Service, and Spiceworks are essential. IT certifications such as MD-102, AZ-900, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus. Previous purchasing/ design experience in Events and Tradeshows preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Deploy and image Windows desktops and laptops using Autopilot, WDS/MDT, and/or SCCM.
  • Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory and Intune environments.
  • Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner using systems such as Team Dynamix, Fresh Service, and Spiceworks.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Configure and support IOS, Android mobile devices and phones.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
Qualifications
  • BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in desktop support and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Intune, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with imaging Windows desktops and laptops using Autopilot, WDS/MDT, and/or SCCM.
