R. H. Foster Energy, LLC Service Administration Coordinator - Penobscot in Penobscot, Maine

We are currently seeking a full-time Service Administrative Coordinator for our Penobscot Energy Services office to provide support to the Service Department through maximizing efficiency of Service Schedule and profitability through reconciliation and review of service billing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor scheduling efficiencies.

{=html} <!-- --> - Manages Billing Flow to ensure we invoice upon completion of all work performed.

{=html} <!-- --> - Conflict resolution with customers and staff

{=html} <!-- --> - Approves and processes Payroll.

{=html} <!-- --> - Maintain on call schedule for technicians.

{=html} <!-- --> - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks. - Assign and monitor clerical functions for accuracy.

{=html} <!-- --> - Accounts payable, coding of all payables to ensure proper accounting of expenses.

Supervisory responsibilities

Directly supervises administrative employees in the Service Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
