U.S. Marine Corps Program Analyst in Pentagon, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst at the GG-14 grade level responsible for serving as the Foreign Language Program Manager of the Marine Corps Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) program within the Information Intelligence Division (IID), Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I), Responsibilities You will analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of LREC activities, determines the quality of support provided to Marine Corps units and organizations, and recommends or implements improvements in the level, scope, and quality of service provided. You will interpret information and facilitates decisions that impact strategy, policy, and plans. You will generate and present briefings on projects, studies, and analyses to senior executive, administrative and Service decision makers. You will apply risk management principles, methods, and tools for assessing and mitigating threats/vulnerabilities and associated risks throughout the various program life-cycles. You will identify resources and functional requirements of the architectures, systems, processes, and facilities that are required to train and employ LREC capabilities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1. Analyzing and evalyating the effectiveness of programs and operations. 2. Executing program/process reviews to standardize and impove the accuistion management process. 3. Draft and execute internal policies and standard operating procedures. 4. Reviewing prgram accquistion documents for adequacy and ensure acquistion timelines and milestones are meet.
