Department of the Navy/Assistant for Administration PROGRAM SUPPORT ANALYST in Pentagon, Virginia
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM SUPPORT ANALYST in the Office of the Chief of Information of CHINFO WASHINGTON DC. Responsibilities You will serve as CHINFO's primary liaison with DON/AA Human Resource Division (HRD) for all civilian personnel matters. You will serve as records management liaison with DON/AA Directives and Records Management Division. Functions as SME in records management assists the HQ and field activities in all aspects of records management. You will review and analyze administrative policies. You will respond to administrative issues and inquiries and resolves a variety of conflicts regarding administrative policies and processes among organizational issues. You will serve as timekeeper administrator for CHINFO and is responsible for reviewing data entry of all civilian time and attendance in Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA). You will coordinate all SLDCADA issues with DON/AA Timekeeper to ensure accuracy and completeness of information entered. Maintains all timekeeping files and documents in accordance with audit guidelines. You will maintain all timekeeping files and documents in accordance with audit guidelines. You will assist employees in obtaining personnel and payroll information, disseminates personnel and payroll information, and helps resolve problems. You will serve as alternate Government Purchase Card Holder for CHINFO HQ, including determination of cost, propriety, and legality of purchase. You will prepare and maintain all documentation for the Purchase Card Program using all available resources and in accordance with federal and Navy regulations. You will assist and advise senior managers in identifying personnel needs and problems, position management, and human resource utilization by reviewing, preparing, and processing all personnel action. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing and implementing a recruitment plan to meet staffing requirements. Experience identifying recruitment sources to generate a diverse pool of applicants. Experience administering and reconciling government purchase card purchases. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing Department of the Navy, Department of Defense, and other agencies, their organizations, administrative policies, internal controls and operations. Experience preparing written reports, customer service, special events, travel, supplies, time and attendance, and other related administrative functions. Experience assisting with developing and implementing a recruitment plan to meet staffing requirements.
