Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers at designated home improvement locations to create awareness about our solar products and services.
- Build positive relationships with potential clients and qualify leads for solar consultations.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of scheduling a solar consultation with our experienced team.
- Set appointments based on customer interest and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, retail, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
