Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. The Cash Application Specialist will work with the accounts receivable department to process high volume transactions. The ideal candidate will have previous accounts receivable experience while working in a high-volume environment. This could be the role for you if you are a Cash Application Specialist!
Key responsibilities
Kick off general ledger reports weekly
Record payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers
Assist in managing customer database accounts
Process and reconcile remittances and accounts receivables
Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues Requirements - Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask effectively
2+ years working in an accounts receivable department
Experience with Cash Applications
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
