Kelly Services Administrative Assistant in Perris, California
elly Services is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for a temp to hire opportunity to join our client’s team in Perris, CA. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and comfortable handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the leadership team with placing service and purchase orders and addressing related inquiries.
Utilize and update trackers for employee lockers and requested orders.
Assign and manage company lockers allocated to employees.
Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and new hires on-site.
Address and process non-compliance invoices designated to the site.
Support the HR team with engagement events, including setup, storage, and takedown.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior administrative or office management experience preferred.
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour
