CEO Executive Director

Position Summary: Chief Executive Officer for WCCA, providing overall leadership and administration of the Agency, with direct supervision of Program Directors. Expertise in organizational management and strategic planning, revenue building and fiscal oversight, board development, public relations and community awareness.

Scope of Work: Serves as a corporate office as the President of WCCA, Inc.; Plan the annual operations of WCCA, Inc. to fit into the long-range plan of the Board of Directors; Assist the Board of Directors in the governance of WCCA, Inc. by informing the Board of the status of WCCA, Inc. and recommending policy direction for the Board; Remain current in the knowledge of WCCA, Inc. and the appropriate methods of operations; Represent WCCA, Inc. in negotiations, public relations and other public events; Represent the Board of Directions as the Chief Executive in the day to day operations of WCCA, Inc.; Serve as the staff person to the five standing committees of the Board of Directors; Implement the policies of the Board of Directors; with authority to sign contracts, leases, purchases of service agreements , and other documents as may be required; Hire, direct, supervise, educate, evaluate and discipline all line staff; Oversee the finances and assets of WCCA, Inc. Oversees the planning and preparations of tentative budgets for the Finance Committee and assures that funds are allocated within budget limitation; Seeks to raise funds through grants, investments, etc., and monitors all fiscal operations in cooperation with the Finance Department and the Finance Committee; Institutes review and evaluation mechanisms for all programs in cooperation with the Planning and Review Committee; Serves as the primary spokesperson for the Board of Directors before public groups and the news media; Coordinates Board activities with those of the Board of Directors before public groups and the news media; Prepare an annual report of the progress of WCCA, Inc. and submit that report to the Board of Directors; Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 4-year degree AND 5 - 10 years experience

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annual FLSA Status: Exempt How to Apply:
