Required Skills/Competencies: Must have experience in Oracle BI Publisher in Fusion Knowledge in Supply Chain and Finance report development using Oracle tools OTBI - BI Publisher Develop fast formulas, design ESS jobs, and optimize data models Strong Oracle SQL skills with extensive experience in fine tuning of queries and fixing performance issues Technical knowledge of Oracle Applications, Oracle SQL and PL-SQL development is required. Some experience with RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), Forms, BI Publisher Reports/XML Publisher, Workflow, OAF, SQLDeveloper and Linux Shell Scripting. Techno functional experience in one or more modules: Financials, Projects, Procurement, Order Management, HCM, WMS and OTM Proven ability and knowledge of computer technology. Excellent communication and organization skills. Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation and reports. Proven interpersonal skills. PLSQL Knowledge /Oracle EBS Technical Knowledge/OCI is a plus. Functional Knowledge on SCM(Customer/Supplier/Inventory/Maintenance Modules) and GL/ProjectManagement/Tax Module is a plus. Essential Responsibilities: Execute on designs, specifications, and requirements for applications/system enhancement and data structures that meet customer processes. Perform troubleshooting and problem solving for issues related to application, manufacturing, process data & system data. Provide support for First Solar applications and participate in a rotation of on-call support outside of normal office hours as necessary during critical times. Responsible for Incident/ Request management & Problem management. Produce technical documentation for service transition to operation. Train with subject matter experts to provide on call support, troubleshooting, and modifications to existing applications. Interface with team members and stakeholders from other departments. Exercise effective communications levels and foster team building. Adhere to SDLC processes, standards, and compliance measures (SOx, etc.) Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards. Adapt at creating business process models based on requirements Adapt at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client unique requirements and process to determine applicable fit Undertakes analytical activities and delivers analysis outputs, in accordance with customer needs and conforming to agreed standards. Within given research goals, builds on and refines appropriate outline ideas for research, i.e. evaluation, development, demonstration and implementation.
